We made it to the end of the year!!! This course is for Armed Women of America and our Women of Compass Group. We will go over less than lethal items you can use, how to deploy them and what to expect when you do deploy some items.This is an introduction to our Self Defense Workout and Less than Lethal and Edged Weapons classes.
