2 Day – Get to Your Gun or Run (Up Close and Personal) Self Defense

Personal Safety and Hands-On Self-Defense
An up-close personal attack can happen anywhere and at any time. This course helps students consider whether they are prepared and understand the Arizona laws governing the protection of themselves and their loved ones.
Students will receive an introduction to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 13 and participate in low-impact, hands-on personal-safety training. Topics include foundational self-defense skills, safer falling techniques, awareness and use of improvised defensive tools, responses to edged-weapon threats, less-lethal options such as pepper spray, and supervised scenarios that allow students to apply what they have learned.
Who Can Attend
This is not a firearms course. It is designed for students age 13 and older across a range of experience and ability levels. The course is low impact but includes hands-on participation.
