The old saying still holds true: if you don’t take care of yourself\, how can you take care of anyone else? \n$10 per class \nRequired equipment: \nTennis shoes\nComfortable clothing that allows you to move freely\nWater or something to hydrate with.\nSnack if needed \nYour Instructor: Regina (Gina) Pecoraro studied under Sr Grand Master Bill Grossman (Shaolin Kenpo). During such time Gina competed in and took top place in her divisions. Gina has trained in Arnis\, Kamas\, Bow Staff\, and Small Circle Jiu-Jitsu under Shaolin Kenpo as well as less than lethal techniques\, beginner to advanced firearms instruction. \n
