DESCRIPTION:An up close and personal attack can happen anywhere and at any time; are you prepared? Do you know the laws of Arizona as to what you can do to protect yourself or your loved ones?\n\nYou will take away the knowledge of ARS title13\, skills in hands on self defense\, how to fall without injury\, use of improvised weapons\, knife techniques\, use of less than lethal items such as pepper spray and we will run scenarios so you can see how your skill can be effective.\n\nThis is not a firearms course but a course set up for the student that is of the age of 13 or older\, ability\, gender or qualification.\n\nThis course is low impact but is hands on. \nREQUIRED GEAR: \nComfortable clothing and Shoes \nWater\, lunch and snacks
