During this class 3 hour class we will discuss reloading basics. As it pertains to hand gun ammo only . There will be no live rounds produced, in this class.

Reloading is not only a way to enjoy the sport, but to produce hand loads tailored to your gun. You’ll be shown what manuals and tools one needs have, before one actually starts to reload.

Different reloading presses will be on hand, including a demonstration of how they work.  Why they do what they do, to produce a loaded round of ammo. From single stage to “high speed” progressive presses will be discussed. You’ll be shown what they all have in common, then what makes each different and why.

How to maintain a press, tools needed to work on them.

We’ll discuss how to prep brass, why it’s done, as well as how one can identify usable , and unsafe to load brass.  A variety of bullet profiles and use of each.
