You will take away skills in hands on self defense, how to fall without injury, use of improvised weapons, knife techniques, use of less than lethal items such as pepper spray and we will run scenarios so you can see how your skill can be effective.

This is not a firearms course but a course set up for the student that is of the age of 13 or older, ability, gender or qualification.
