Hands On Self Defense Class (Beginner)

Is your physical and mental fitness ready for that fight? Body and mind must be in tune for whatever in your life may come. Fighting is just not physical strength but a mental perspective-a way of looking at something that will influence the outcome to your benefit.
In this journey we will begin to bring that physical and mental preparedness forefront. You must start somewhere, let’s start with ourselves. The old adage-if you do not take care of yourself, how can you take care of anyone else?
We will be working on flexibility, balance, strength as well as hands on self defense techniques
****you shall insure that you are physically able to exercise and must sign a waiver before attending.*****
$10 per class
Required equipment:
Tennis shoes
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
Water or something to hydrate with.
Snack if needed
